Gurlll folks I know that have taken your class as well as my self absolutely love it.you have a very unique class. The only thing I would suggest is teaching maybe a beginner class because you only have a limited time for the class and it's high energy. And folks gotta get use to wearing heals again you know we are confined to the house(.you know we will be talking both classes) so when is the next class?

Ok, so after not working out in Years, I decided to start working out a little over a week ago with basic steps here in My Household anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. However, in less than 30 minutes You had Me breaking a sweat and loosening areas that I all so needed. I mean My legs felt the burn and I will try some new moves in the Bedroom too. Awesome time today, can't wait until next week.
