Transgender & Bathrooms

The issue concerning transgender people, bathrooms and the appropriate facility for them to use. The Republican Party want to start a law that say: Whatever sex is on your birth certificate that's the bathroom you should use. The Obama administration wants to past a law or has pasted a law that say: a transgender people can use the bathroom of their choose (basically, no discrimination against transgender). 

A transgender man that went into a ladies bathroom dressed like a man, (cause she's, a man now) took a selfie and titled it Does it look like I belong in here? The question remains, does he has a vagina or a penis?

Note: Some transgender people get their genitals replaced with the sex that they portray and some keep their original equipment.

There has been disturbing news were a transgender women (birth sex, man) enter the woman bathroom and assaulted a little girl. Let's be clear, I'm not saying this type of behavior happens often but it did happen.

My take on the issue of a transgender and public bathroom. I live in a metropolitan state and in nightclubs ONLY there are unisex bathroom, during that social gathering I'm OK with it. However, if I was in the ladies room and a transgender woman enters the and it apparent that she is a transgender woman, I wouldn't be threaten unless the transgender woman reflects bad energy. However, I feel if a transgender woman can sit and pee like a lady and a transgender man can pee stand an pee like man then, yeah! Go to that bathroom that represent your genital.
