I'll be teaching ESS in Flint, MI Dec 27th. It's a great work off the holiday food and be sexy while doing it. We are going to tap into our femininity & sensuality through movements. Bring whatever length of HEEL you can walk gracefully in, but if you can't wear heels you can wear sneaker.
