Sex In the Golden Years

I recently had a conversation with a sixty six years old black female and a seventy two years old white male while on a line at the Post Office.

Me: How often do you have sex?
Sixty Six year old female: I haven't have sex in 12 years

Seventy Two year old male: five years ago

The advice that both of these wonderful elders gave me: Do all you can now because once you in your golden years your idea's about life, sex, etc.. changes dramatically it's not a bad thing, but while your in great health live your best life and have plenty of sex.

That really made me think. Because I'm an Intimacy Coach/Sex Educator, people perception of me is that I'm loose and that's far from the truth. I'm very conservative when it come to sex meaning, I only have sex with one person at a time (yeah, I'm able to express myself sexually with confidence) but I don't sleep around.

I have been having sex with this guy for two years (he's from New York) and these mothafucka only fucks me once a month an at one point he disappeared for like seven months, and I didn't have sex with anyone until he show up again (bitches, don't judge me but I know you will...I don't care). The last time we had sex was in September 2017. I went home to Flint, Mi December 2017 and it's this guy (he lives in Flint) that I have been dealing with off and on since... forever (keep in mind, I didn't fuck him while I was deal with the dude from New York). The guy from Flint we talk ever now and then and I told him "We're not having sex ever" (some shit went down with his baby momma and I and he was not on my side, so I was like: Fuck You!). One night, he called (the guy from Flint) and asked, "If he could come over?" I agreed. I declined his sexual advances until I told myself "Bitch, you haven't had sex in three mothafuckin months, what the fuck are you waiting on? What he is doing feels GOOD, relax and let it flow." I did just that and we had sex every night while I was in Flint.

My point is to live in the moment and to not be so frigid with sex (like I tend to be) and let go and enjoy. SAFELY!

Ending Child Marriages

I recently read a story of child marriage that are arranged by the parents in Tanzania and the woman that leading the pack to stop child marriages is Rebeca Gyumi. 

 I had a conversation with a man that from Africa about this subject and he said, "The man don't have sex with the girl."  My reply, "Are You Dumb? If a man is calling a girl his wife, believe it, he is fucking her."

 The girls age ranges from 12-16 years old and the issue that pledge this girl after the becoming a grown man's wife are: 

• Illiteracy
• Likely to die while giving birth/suffer internal damage from giving birth
• Don't have a true sense of SELF to be an activate person in society

This cruel tradition has been going on for a very long time but, lucky, Rebeca Gyumi see the problem and putting action behind it to stop this injustice against girls.

We live in such a sick world that controlled by the power of money and that a parent would sell their child to a man so she can live a so called better life. Regardless, if child marriage is tradition, where is your mind (the parent) to be OK with this? Because child marriage has been passed down, from generation to generation (I know, in back of ones mind, one has to think morally this is FUCKING WRONG) maybe it's normality of life. But, Fuck That!

Something New To Do 

Sexual Inappropriateness

There has been so many sexual misconduct allegation that has made headlines. Let's back it up a bit, white men has been disrespecting women as history dictates:

• White woman were not allowed to vote
• Only allowed to do quot on quot woman's work such as Receptionist/Child Care etc...
• Raped black woman (In most cases, I believe the woman knew but wasn't allowed to say anything)
• Raped black men (when African people were enslaved)

 Harvey Weinstein, Tom Ashbrook, Gavin Baker, Matt Lauer and the list goes on and on. All of these men hold a position of power. In this society we hold people in great regards that has more money than average folks and with this power it makes the wealthy man feels as if he can do and get ANYTHING he so desires. Women we need stand up and say something immediately when we come face to face sexual inappropriateness. I understand that this is easier said than done because so much is at stake your job,  your reputation and your sanity. We have been programed (when I say "we" I'm referring to the general public with the focus on women) to not believe the woman and that alone can make it difficult for a woman to come forth along with the shock. However, there has been plenty of false allegations. With the stock comes the blaming of one self, anxiety and confusing but we have to put this in perspective and realize that it's your fault and fight back.

My theory on why a man would sexual violate a woman:

• Power 
• Family structure lack morality & values
• Didn't have great social skills as a teenager/young adult
• Don't know how interact with the opposite sex
• Don't know how to satisfy a woman sexual
• They are insecure about their dick size  
• They were abused themselves
• Mental illness

Whatever the reason, the shit is wrong. Sex is beautiful thing to be shared between two people or three people (HEY!)....Consensual sex!

We have to start by teaching your sons and daughter how to interact with the opposite sex... Social Skills and to be a leader of self
